STP COVID-19 Communication Letter
As concerns regarding COVID-19 continue to impact many aspects of our personal and professional lives, we wanted to reach out and let you know the steps we are taking in response to this challenge.
As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priorities. This includes restricting all non-essential travel and events for our team members. This does not impact the delivery of your material. We recognize that maintaining relationships is part of doing business. Therefore, effective immediately, our staff will rely more on telecommunications, email, video conferencing, and social media. Through this, we will be limiting face to face meetings to ‘Mission Critical’ so as not to serve as a potential conduit. Additionally, we would like to provide you with the following information:
- STP and its affiliates have a diversified supplier strategy, multiple locations, and redundant inventories to ensure continuity of supply.
- The flexible structure of your STP sales teams allows us to continue operations under all possible conditions. Your local Territory Manager will be in touch to discuss what best works for you.
- Operationally, we have taken actions to increase sanitation, shift adjustments/splitting and other actions to minimize exposure risks. Additionally, processing and transportation resources are regularly reviewed to ensure continuity in STP’s ability to meet customer needs.
